We collect the following information when you complete your private profile:

  • Your CV or résumé

  • Optional LinkedIn profile URL

  • Contact details (e-mail address)

  • Consent confirmation

We do not collect cookies or usage tracking data in this MVP version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the purpose of evaluating your fit and identifying relevant career opportunities.

Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Understand your experience and preferences

  • Analyse your CV, including via AI tools

  • Match you with open roles and opportunities

  • Create anonymized candidate summaries for potential employers

  • Contact you about roles that may be relevant to you

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share your personal information with potential employers after you give explicit approval.

Our process is:

  1. We send companies an anonymized version of your profile (no name, no CV).

  2. If a company is interested, we ask for your permission.

  3. Only after your explicit “yes” do we share your CV and identity.

We never share your personal data without your consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely in our systems and accessible only to the Switora team involved in matching.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Retention

For this MVP phase, we retain your information only as long as necessary to evaluate opportunities with you.

You may request deletion at any time.
Once requested, your profile and CV will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct your data

  • Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Withdraw consent

  • Request a copy of your data
